Freight forwarders are bracing for a new capacity crunch on the Asia-Europe trade during an earlier than usual peak season with increased rate levels.

Forwarding contacts have told IFW that space is already beginning to tighten. And there is anticipation that rates will go up by around US$150-200 next month.
