CSAV has announced the launch of a direct service between Central America and northern Europe. The weekly Europe-Caribbean Service (ECS) will be launched on 26 May and be operated by six 2,000teu vessels.

The service will have a rotation of: Rotterdam, Tilbury, Hamburg, Antwerp, Le Havre, Kingston, Cartagena, Santo Tomas de Castilla, Puerto Cortes, Puerto Limon, Kingston and Rotterdam.
